On May 8-11, 2025, I attended the Mediterranean Multipliers conference, following an invitation received by the ENE-london team from the conference organizer and ENE collaborator, Mike Mendoza.

As a new member of the ENE-London team, it was my first time taking part in a European Jewish conference and I was incredibly happy to meet active members of the Spanish, Portuguese and Italian communities, as we spoke openly about our experiences as members of our communities.

By listening to the children, I learned how they are “leaders” in their communities, as well as the actions they implement in their countries to strengthen the Jewish identity of young people. Through this program, I networked with young leaders from other countries and at the same time developed greater self-awareness about my own leadership style.
In particular, through the inventive workshops organized by Neil, we learned how leadership is a collective endeavor that primarily promotes teamwork.

Among the highlights of the seminar - apart from the knowledge on how to become leaders with perception, shared mission and empathy - I will remember the walks in the central streets of Paris, and the visit to the synagogue where we enjoyed an alternative and cheerful Shabbat filled with songs and music.

Of course, the trip could not have ended more beautifully with the abdala in which we all felt how strong relationships we developed in such a short time.

I would be happy to take part in the next conferences!
