The Philosophy Department of the Philosophy School of the University of Ioannina, within the framework of the "Moses Elisaf" lectures on Religion and Philosophy, organizes on 16.12.2024, at the "Karolos Papoulias" Conference Center of the University, the first lecture on "Religion and Violence: Attempts at a Philosophical Critique."
Greetings will be addressed by the Rector of the University of Ioannina, Anna Batistatou, and the Consul General of Germany in Thessaloniki, Monica Frank.
A foreword will be given by the President of the Electoral Council of the National Library of Greece, Stavros Zoumboulakis.
The scientific responsibility and coordination of the lecture is the assistant professor of the Philosophy Department of the University of Ioannina, Antonios Kalatzis.
