We usually read in this publication responses to big and important events that brighten the life and activity of our communities. But there are other community activities, those that are repeated every now and then, without much fanfare, but always with the same warmth and effectiveness. These activities are equally valuable precisely because they are stable values that produce work and lend warmth and unity to our community life. WIZO's gatherings in Larissa also belong to this category of events, which, for decades, have been held consistently every fortnight, with the participation of most of the ladies of the Community. From one such recent gathering, at the home of Ms. Rosa Fish, where WIZO celebrated Tu Bisvat, is our photo. One look at the smiling faces of the ladies is enough to see how beautifully WIZO combines its mission with the joy of being among friends!
