The International Day of Remembrance for the Victims of the Holocaust was celebrated by Parliament of Greeks and Municipalities of the country, participating in this year's WE REMEMBER campaign, with the lighting of buildings and the display of the campaign logos on the facades of the Parliament, Town Halls and emblematic landmarks throughout Greece on the evening of January 26 to 27, 2023.
The aim of the campaign is to illuminate the Holocaust Memorial so that humanity does not forget the crime of the extermination of 6 million Jews committed by the Nazis during the implementation of the "Final Solution", to learn from history so that the crime is not repeated.

The its logo WE REMEMBER on the uniform of the prisoners of Auschwitz, with the yellow Star of David and the barbed wire was displayed in the Town Halls of Of AthensOf Of VeriaOf Preveza, in her Clock Tower Xanthi, in the port of Chania. A banner with the same model was posted in its two Town Halls Chalkida. In Thessaloniki, the campaign logo was included on the poster posted at the city's City Hall. The Town Halls Ioannina and Larissa were illuminated with special colors. Its Town Hall was illuminated with the WE REMEMBER logo Corfu and Spiritual Center of the Municipality of Ioannito, on 28.1.23, during the central event of the Region of Epirus and the I.K. Ioannina for Holocaust Remembrance Day.
For the implementation of these actions, KISE collaborated with the Hellenic Parliament and the Municipalities. The Jewish Museum of Greece responded to KISE's request and EME's graphic designer Haya Cohen designed both the model that was displayed on the facade of the Hellenic Parliament, and the model that was displayed in the Municipalities.
