Between 16 – 18.03.2024, the ENE Council organized a seminar on anti-Semitism entitled “Bridges of Resilience: Understanding and Combating Antisemitism”. The seminar was held in Thessaloniki, at the Youth Center of I.K. Thessaloniki (IKTH), and was attended by 39 participants from all over Greece, but also from many other European countries (Spain, Czech Republic, Serbia, Germany, etc.).

The established Memorial March in Thessaloniki, from Eleftherias Square to the Old Railway Station, took place on Sunday 17.3.2024, marking the 81st anniversary of the departure of the first train to Auschwitz-Birkenau. The event was organized by the Municipality of Thessaloniki, the Israelite Community of Thessaloniki, the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, the University of Macedonia and the International University of Greece.
March of Remembrance starting from the Martyrdom Square of Eleftheria and ending at the Old Railway Station is organized by Sunday 17 March 2024 the Municipality of Thessaloniki in collaboration with the Israelite Community of Thessaloniki, the Aristotle University, the University of Macedonia and the International University of Greece, on the occasion of the 81st anniversary of the departure of the first death train from the city to the Auschwitz-Birkenau camp.

The Vice President of the Israeli Community of Thessaloniki, Mr. Lazaros Seficha, estimates that the auction of the construction of the Holocaust Museum in Thessaloniki will take place within the year.
As he noted, "we have received the building permit and we have a specific contractor for the preliminary works that will start soon. We believe that the project will be auctioned within the year. We have great support from the Greek state and the municipality of Thessaloniki, which helped speed up the procedures."

On Saturday, February 17, 2024, the exhibition "In the same city: Christians and Jews in Thessaloniki" was launched, co-organized by the Foundation of the Hellenic Parliament for Parliamentaryism and Democracy, the Israelite Community of Thessaloniki, the Jewish Museum of Thessaloniki and the G. Konstantinidis Archive .
He started the opening ceremony the general secretary of the Foundation, Professor Evanthis Chatzivasileiou: welcomed the co-organizers and the guests, warmly thanked all the contributors for their multidimensional and demanding work, and above all, he emphasized his joy that the Foundation of the Parliament had the opportunity to participate in the series of exhibitions presented in Thessaloniki, in the edition of the Greek and the English catalog but also in the present exhibition in Athens, at the exhibition space of the Foundation. By participating in the exhibition, he emphasized, the Foundation of the Parliament not only celebrates the coexistence of the two communities, Jewish and Christian in Thessaloniki, but also pays tribute to the Israeli community of Thessaloniki, which was unjustly exterminated during the Occupation, in the darkest hour and in the blackest crime in human history, the Holocaust.
