Karina Lampsa was a distinguished intellectual and researcher of historical events in modern Jewish history, which she highlighted through her writing. The culmination of her contribution to literature was when she received, together with Iakovos Simbis, the Athens Academy Prize for her book "The Rescue" in 2020 and the Goethe Institut Literary Translation Prize for German-speaking Literature in 2015.

Within the framework of the educational activities of the Hellenic Diplomatic Academy (EDA), the 8.4.2025th series of Embassy Attaché Candidates visited the Jewish Museum of Greece, the Jewish Community of Athens and the Sephardic Synagogue on XNUMX.
